Grievance Policy

Simple complaints can normally be resolved quickly, more complex issues take more time to thoroughly investigate, and are generally completed within 7 days. If our response is going to take longer than normal we will keep you informed about when you can expect resolution, generally no longer than 30 days from receipt of the complaint.

We value your feedback, to file a complaint/grievance or offer a compliment please feel free to speak to any supervisor, director, or the guest relations coordinator within the organization.

You can also mail a written complain to:
Murray-Calloway County Hospital
ATTN: Guest Relations
803 Poplar Street, Murray KY 42071

You have the right to communicate concerns to the appropriate state regulatory agency, regardless of whether you have first used the hospital’s grievance.
